Looking for  an experienced Leasing/Marketing Supervisor for a 1074 unit complex

Qualification:

Graduate of any 4 year business-related course.  Minimum 1-2 years experience of supervision, marketing and leasing.

Excellent Communication Skills.

Outgoing/Compatible personality.

Team Player

Assigning Your Home

It appears that our Residents had a safe weekend at Veishea. Wonderful!

We still have apartments, townhouses, and duplexes available.  If you are a resident, you can refer someone and be eligible for a Referral Fee.  Be sure to read about it on our web page.

If you intend to assign your home for the summer, you better call soon, do the necessary paperwork, and we can place it on our Forrent List, including this web site.

Enjoy the nice days we are promised to arrive again soon.

Renter's Insurance

Proof of Renter's Insurance will also be required from all Residents and Applicants.  For a very minimal amount, you can purchase Renters Insurance, giving you peace of mind against theft, injury, fire, and protection of your personal belongings.  PPM's Insurance does NOT cover your personal belongings.  When I became a renter after many years of owning, the first thing I looked into was insuring my belongings against all the above mentioned. 
Students may want to inquire whether or not their parents home owners policy will cover them.  If not and you do not have an agent of your own, you could contact Mark Doyle with State Farm Insurance at 232-8090.  Mark has all of our buildings insured so he is familiar with your property.  Remember, you must have proof of insurance in your file.

Smoke Free Properties

For your safety and welfare, PPM has implemented a Smoke Free Policy for all our properties. Beginning August 1, 2012, all Residents and Applicants will be required to sign the Smoke Free Addendum attached to the lease. With all the health warnings, fire hazards, and concerns of non-smokers, we found it necessary to honor and address the dangers of second hand smoke. There will be an outdoor area designated for smoking, yet to be announced. We thank you for your cooperation and are hopeful you agree with the policy and will adhere to it.
