Tenant Services and Information
In just a few short weeks you will be fulfilling the term of your lease and vacating your unit. Your lease requires you to have a move-out walk through inspection with a member of our staff. It is recommended that you schedule an appointment as soon as you know the day your unit will be vacated. This allows you to have the inspection on the day and time that is most convenient for you. Your lease also requires you to schedule an appointment for an inspection at least 10 days prior to the end of your lease.Your lease ends at NOON on the last day of your lease obligation, so your inspection appointment needs to be scheduled sometime before noon.

What is PPM's Referral Fee and How do I Qualify?
Easy...
First, keep your ears open for friends wishing to change their living arrangement.
Second, tell them about PPM and why you like living here.
Third. Get them to come and tour our properties.
Fourth. If they apply, are approved, and move in, YOU are the WINNER! You will receive a $200 referral fee from PPM.
How much easier can it get to have that extra cash in your pocket?
Just be sure they give your name as the person referring them at the time of application. That's all you have to do.
Keep those ears open. It can lead to a big cash return.
** This has to be for a new lease, not a roommate addition or a sublease.
** The Referral Fee is based on the unit rented, not the number of occupants.
** No more than two referral fees will be issued to one person, $400.00 maximum.
** This fee will be paid within one month of the occupants moving into the unit.
Forgetting to pay your rent on time can be a costly event. You are establishing a credit history. If you need rental assistance there are a number of options available to you.
